Sliding windows, also called gliders, operate like double-hung windows except the sashes move to the right and left instead of up and down.
Single Hung
A single hung window has an upper and lower sash, and just like a double hung, a single hung window is easy to operate and provides a traditional aesthetic.
Picture Window
Picture windows are large fixed windows that create the effect of framing outdoor scenery like a picture frame. Because picture windows do not operate, they’re often paired with windows that do.
Trapezoid Windows

Round Windows
Round windows feature vinyl frames and advanced Cardinal 366 glass and minimize heat transfer significantly. Hardware
• Locks are factory-installed, zinc die cast, self aligning, located on the checkrail. One sash lock is installed on units with frame heights less than 36″.
• One or two sash locks may be chosen on units with frame heights greater than or equal to 36″
Sash
• Sash members are extruded, rigid PVC and are mitered and heat-fused to provide a fully welded corner assembly.
• Includes an integral extruded sash slide.
• Contains sealed insulating glass.
• Set in aluminum frame and fitted to exterior
• Conventional Black Fiberglass
Additional Hardware Options
• Optional limited opening hardware available for vent units in extruded vinyl to match the unit; nominal 3-3/4″ opening.
• Optional window opening control device available for field installation. Device allows window to open less than 4” with normal operation, with a release mechanism that allows the sash to open completely. Complies with ASTM F2090-10.
Glazing System
• Quality float glass complying with ASTM C 1036.
• Exterior face-glazed sealed insulating glass.
• Dual-Pane or 1″ Triple-Pane
• Overall frame depth: 3-1/4″ on all frame types.
• Frame members are mitered and heat fused to provide a fully welded corner assembly. Sill is fitted with weeps.
• Interior and exterior frame surfaces are extruded rigid PVC.
Weather Stripping
• Sash is weather stripped around the sash perimeter with a fin-type, pile weatherstripping. Glazing System
Interior/Exterior
• Window frame and sash members are exterior, consisting of a solar reflective coating exceeding AAMA 613 test requirements, with White integral color extruded throughout the profiles on the interior.
• All exposed PVC surfaces are smooth, glossy and uniform in appearance.
Color Options
Solid-color frames feature White, Almond or Fossil color on both the interior and exterior.
Custom-color frames have White on the interior with color on the exterior.

Optional AutoLock automatically locks window when it is shut.
Cam-Action Locks
Standard cam-action locks are designed to increase leverage as the window is closed to assure a superior weathertight seal. Two sash locks are standard on larger double-hung windows.

Makes raising and lowering window sashes easier.
Easy Wash
Sash tilts inward allowing exterior glass to be cleaned from inside, making cleaning easier.
Standard Vent Stop and Window Opening Control Device
Glide balance system. Two standard vent stops are located on the top sash of each unit. Optional Window Opening Control Device in exchange with standard vent stop.
